Cheese terrine

Ingredients:
• 200 g Beyaz Peynir
• 200 ml full-cream milk 
• 200 ml whipping cream 
• 6 gelatine sheets
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 
• 4 tbsp chives 
• 4 tomatoes
• salt and pepper
• 32 caper berries 
• 32 olives


Directions:
Melt the Beyaz Peynir in the milk over a low heat. Turn the softened gelatine into the cheese and milk mixture, and allow to cool. Then add the cream, slightly whipped. Pour the cheese mixture into moulds and leave to set.
Beat the oil and vinegar together into a marinade and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into strips and mix with the marinade together with the finely chopped chives.
Arrange the cheese terrine on a plate together with the marinade and decorate with caper berries and olives.
