Chervil soup with Halloumi

Ingredients:
• 800 ml chicken stock
• 25 g butter 
• 25 g plain flour 
• 100 ml whipping cream
• 50 g freshly chopped chervil
• 200 g Halloumi
• 1 tbsp lemon oil 


Directions:
Melt the butter and thicken with flour. Add the chicken stock a little at a time. Round off the soup with cream and heat through with finely chopped chervil. Roast the Halloumi, diced, in the lemon oil in a pan.
When serving the soup, place the roasted Halloumi cubes in the middle of the soup and decorate with a sprig of chervil.
