Gybna Baida cheese in an exotic salad

Ingredients:
 400 g Taverna Gybna Baida cheese
 20 g mizuna lettuce
 1 pomegranate
 2 mangos

Cut the Gybna Baida cheese into thin slices and arrange them on a plate. Dice the mangos finely and press them gently together to create a mould on the plate (or put it into a smaller bowl and turn it upside down).
Halve the pomegranate and remove the ripe seeds. Decorate the Gybna Baida cheese with the pomegranate seeds and tender leaves of mizuna lettuce.

Serve the salad with cold-pressed olive oil or lemon oil.
