Preparation time: aprox. 1 hour, incl. 15 min. in the oven



Pizza with tomato salsa

Ingredients:
500 g pizza dough (divided into four)
 600 g Beyaz Peynir 
 100 g red tomatoes 
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
 2 springs of fresh mint
 salt and freshly ground black pepper 


Directions:
Roll the dough out to form four individual pizzas. Lay thin slices of Beyaz Peynir on the pizza dough.
Bake the pizzas in the oven at 190C for 10-15 min.
Make the salsa by mixing the chopped tomatoes and mint and adding the vinegar, oil, salt and ground pepper and spread it on the hot pizzas.
