Raw vegetable, fruit and nut salad with fried cheese


Ingredients:
• 300 g Grill cheese
• rapeseed oie for frying
• ½ iceberg lettuce
• ½ - 1 Chinese radishes
• 2 carrots
• 1 sweet plum
• 1 lettuce
• 20 cashew nuts

 
Dressing:
• 150 ml 18 % sour cream
• 10 stalks of chervil
• ½ tsp acacia honey
• lemon juice, salt and pepper

Finely slice the iceberg lettuce and pile in a circle on the plate. Peel and coarsely grate the Chinese radish and place on the lettuce. Cut the carrots into sticks and remove balls with a corer.
Fry the cheese in large squares in the hot rapeseed oil and allow to drain before placing on top of the salad.
Dice the plum finely and arrange on the salad along with the cashew nuts and carrots.

Dressing:
Stir honey, lemon juice and finely chopped chervil into the sour cream. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. You can use chives or water cress instead of chervil.
