Raw-marinated cabbage with white goat´s cheese and spiced beef 

Ingredients:
 300 g Taverna Snack (Keci Peyniri)
 500 g flank steak
 1 tbsp dried chilli
 1 tbsp oil for frying
 1 small cabbage
 4 tbsp sesame oil
 50 ml lemon oil
 50 ml sesame seeds
 3 cloves of garlic
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 1 bunch of chervil
 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

 
Season the flank steak with chilli, salt and pepper. Pan fry in the oil for 6-7 minutes on each side. Wrap the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for 10-20 minutes. Then cut into thin strips. Finely shred the cabbage and mix thoroughly with the cheese, crum¬bled into smallish pieces, sesame oil, lemon oil, sesame seeds, crushed garlic, lemon juice and coarsely chopped chervil.
Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
