Raw vegetables with Domyati and dill 

Ingredients:
 250 g Taverna Domyati 
 500 g carrots (preferably big)
 1 bunch of radishes
 4 tbsp vinegar
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp salt
 100 ml fresh dill, coarsely chopped

Peel the carrots and wash the radishes. Cut both into long, wafer-thin slices with a peeler. Place the radishes in ice water (to make them super crisp). Dissolve sugar in vinegar and pour the vinaigrette over the carrot slices, toss together with dill and the crisp slices of radish. Serve with crumbled Domyati and garnish with a couple of dill twigs.

Tip: Perfect with grill
