Preparation time: aprpox. 1/2 hour, plus 12 hours for marinating the meat and cheese

Spring rolls

 400 g beef top round 
 2 tbsp soy
 1 garlic clove  
 red chilli
 tbsp lemon juice
1 spsk limesaft 
 iceberg lettuce
100 g cashew nuts
100 g Gybna Baida
16 sheets spring roll pastry
 egg white

Cut the beef top round and Gybna Baida into strips and marinate for about 12 hours in a marinade of soy, garlic, lemon juice and lime juice.
Spoon the beef and the Gybna Baida onto a double layer of spring roll pastry.
Roll the pastry as if you were making spring rolls and seal with egg white.
Bake the spring rolls in oil.
Slice the iceberg lettuce and arrange on the plates with cashew nuts and spring rolls.
